Our house
Gasthaus Schnitzl has been a neighbourhood table since the 1950s — a place where the schnitzel is pounded by hand, the gravy simmers all morning, and regulars greet each other over a half-litre of Märzen.
We source from nearby farms, keep the wood-panelled parlour warm in winter, and open the beer garden as soon as the chestnuts bloom. Come for lunch, stay for a second glass.
